But if we want to look for the Motionless In White Sign Of Life shirt in contrast I will get this real roots of the Holocaust, we really need to turn back to a time before the US existed with the Catholic Inquisitions. The Jews were typically the focus of inquisitions against heresy and witchcraft throughout the pre-modern age in Europe. Shakespeare’s Merchant of Venice is an example of a popular antisemitic tale from the 16th century and it was one of Hitler’s favorite plays which was performed regularly in Nazi Germany with state funding. After WWII, the US picked up this same Inquisition witch hunter theme for its War on Drugs which continues to this day having started in earnest sixty years ago resulting in the largest prison population in human history which is once again growing as we get “back to normal” post-Covid.

The basic theme of hunting down and persecuting the Motionless In White Sign Of Life shirt in contrast I will get this “others” is alive and well. The problem here is hardly limited to people waving swastika flags, the centrists are just as sadistic and evil for they represent the exact same sentiment –torture the weak and extract suffering from them for the good of the state. but the right tells me that if they weren’t members of the Nazi party in the 30s and 40s, we can’t call them nazis Any place where Nazis don’t live in abject terror of bring exposed has a Nazi problem. That includes the US right now, yes. Which is a pity, because they used to live in fear just a couple decades ago, and the world was a better place for it. This is what we should be trying to go back to. We’ve always had a nazi problem and it’s always been (sometimes not so) quietly swept under the rug and shielded by free speech and a society that tolerates genocidal ideology. We need to take a page from Germany and make this shit illegal. The only time I should be hearing about Nazis is in an educational context.
