I’m not going to put too much weight into the Most Likely To Get A Sunburn T-Shirt moreover I love this reviews because there are a lot of people that don’t like Raimi’s style. I’m curious to know what was the reactiong at Marvel to EEAaO coming out, because no matter how good or bad Dr. Strange is, they are not doing better than that movie when it comes to multiverse. Did a movie with 85 percent less budget and 99 percent less hype just show Marvel how the multiverse should be done? Yes Was it the best Marvel movie? No. But it’s interesting if you are a fan and are excited where Marvel is going with the MCU It also depends on whether the film’s only ability to create moments of audience wonder come from stunt casting and cameos (fan service) rather than earned character moments in a drama. The ending…. the ending was NOT good. I just saw it a few weeks ago and was surprised I hadn’t heard anything about that. I don’t see how anyones expectations are high? No Way Home can be boiled down to “the death sentence is bad but also doesn’t matter because remember Spider Man events?” it was cute, sure. I just felt it lacked substance where even the other Spider Man movies had some substance. And some sequences and character events just felt…like they were willing to throw away things because they needed a cog to move so we could get more references. A lot of MCU films are only considered great to the ones who constantly see every movie aka the die hard fans. No shame in an above average review from a bunch of casual viewers

No big deal. I give Marvel a pretty large amount of wiggle room. They’ve built up the Most Likely To Get A Sunburn T-Shirt moreover I love this good karma by now. Eternals was a letdown, some of the films are bland… but damn it if it isn’t the best moviegoing experience of all time when they get it right! Sounds like a Raimi film, never exciting, always alright but never great in my opinion. When he got on the board, my interest decreased significantly. Just finished the movie (working in a cinema so did a little staff screening). It is probably in my top 5 MCU movie, love the direction, love the vibe, critics are not lying when they say it is a Sam raimi movie. His touch is everywhere and it is probably the most excited I was during an MCU movie ( love the movies not a massive fanboy). I though it was insanely refreshing, bold and I enjoy the ride from start to finish. The first half hour was probably the weakest for me. Elizabeth Olsen was the true star, she was brilliant from start to finish. For all those who say “Same plot different scenery” I say how many love songs do you enjoy? Dance songs? Etc? We go for stories and songs that have a certain beat to them.
