I woke early today, at half past five today, so I walked through the Mookie Betts Los Angeles Dodgers Dots baseball signature shirt Besides,I will do this forest and down to the water. It was so peaceful to see all the ducks and the water, and feel the wind in my hair, so I sat down and did Tummo meditation. I felt chills and that the vibrations in my body increased after each session, and finally I sat there and just stared out into the water. A bird flew by, no thoughts, just pure peace and serenity. As I sat there I came in contact with my deepest emotions, and realized that I carry sadness and guilt which eats away at me every day. I have to work this out somehow, but don’t know how. Shame and sadness stuck from the past. I have tried talk therapy with a psychologist before, and it works to a certain extent, to talk about and realize one’s problems, but I am already aware of them.

Maybe I should start boxing or something? I am also considering travelling half a year in Asia to find myself, no matter how cliche that is. To Ubud in Bali maybe. I just feel stuck in the Mookie Betts Los Angeles Dodgers Dots baseball signature shirt Besides,I will do this past.In order to stop your mind from over dwelling on something that is consuming your mind, you have to learn to “Face it, Accept it, Process it, Release it” Face it. What exactly is the problem, the sadness and guilt? Do you know what it is, where it is? If you try to run away from it, if you try to hide from it, it’s probably going to continue to haunt you. It’s not going away if you are just turning your back or putting your head into the sand. Accept it. So now you know you’ve got a problem. You’ve pinpointed exactly what is causing the sadness and guilt . You need to accept that is a problem and you’ve got to tell yourself you are not going to run from it anymore. Process it. Now, you’ve accepted the problem, it’s time to fix the problem. Can you fix it? Yes? then fix it! Now. What are you waiting for??… or… Wait, you can’t fix it? It’s all in the past? Nothing you can do about it at all? Then let it go! Forget about it! No point on dwelling on a problem you can’t do anything about it. Only you can let go of something that is stuck in your mind causing you pain and suffering. Ask the ducks in the water, are they also troubled about the things that are making you sad? What about the birds that flew in front of you? Why are they so carefree, but you feel terrible? How can you fix yourself and be as free as the bird and ducks?
