This is a very american take. I prefer other cultures’ takes with multigenerational households. I’m a doctor and the MLB Arizona Diamondbacks NLCS 2023 Champions Skyline Shirt and I will buy this difference between someone taken care of by family versus nurses/caretakers is day and night. That’s assuming you’re rich enough for nurses/caretakers (40-100$/hr for RNs, and ~20-40$/hr for caretakers from agencies). You don’t know loneliness until you show up to the hospital because you can’t walk, are given the diagnosis of disseminated cancer, and don’t have anyone to call to talk to, much less pick you up. Then because you can’t walk, you’re shipped to a state funded (read: severely inadequately funded) nursing facility to sit in your shit and piss for months until you die. Don’t forget that when you’re shipped away, you’ll lose nearly everything you own because you don’t have anyone to help you move your items. Pets? Shelter after sitting alone for possibly days without food/water while we figure out it’s cancer and it’s probably incurable. Your friends will be as debilitated as you in old age and won’t be able to help.

I really really hate how alone some of my patients are. Sometimes, I think that they would have been better off if they had a massive stroke or died instead, so they wouldn’t have the MLB Arizona Diamondbacks NLCS 2023 Champions Skyline Shirt and I will buy this ability to process how excruciating the process of dying will be. Yup, I’m American, so that’s why I stated who would take care of me personally when I’m older. I don’t speak for every single individual in every single area though, sorry for that. I was saying nurses/caretakers meaning everywhere, in home care and including nursing homes/retirement facilities. If you don’t have your own house and are staying in one of these homing situations you are not paying the nurses/caretakers (at least where I am). Personal experience, from seeing my Nan being taken care of by family and then by a nursing home it was day and night – in favor of the nursing home. My family did not have all of the equipment and abilities needed to properly care for her. When she finally was in a home she was so much healthier, cleaner, safer, happier. Not everyone’s experience is the same, I’m just sharing my own personal one.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
