Socotra, though, seems so wild and alien. I’d be willing to visit, as long as I didn’t have to go through mainland Yemen. I’ve seen some documentaries about Socotra recently, it’s so damn special! I really would like to go but have no idea how You think you could elaborate? Going there in 5 months and would like a few perspectives to make sure I’m as safe as possible Some guy literally put a bag of cocaine in my hand and tried to rob me. I didn’t even want it. He asked for 1500 usd. Then a group of thugs surrounded me and stole my sun glasses. I went paragliding in medellin and right when I got to the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this top I watched a girl slam into a roof. She fell down a cliff and they had to call an ambulance. Playa blanca Beach in cartegena is literally the sketchiest place I’ve ever seen. Motorcycle gangs force us to stop. They tell you a price and then try to charge you triple. Boats and jet skis nearly killing people. I’ve been to Bogotá (and a few other places) every year (apart from 2020) for 13 years and it improved rapidly in the first 8/9 years and then the last couple of years it’s started to feel a bit sketchier. There are a lot (hundreds of thousands) of Venezuelan displaced people in Bogota, sadly, which I think has contributed to a slight decline as there isn’t much of a welfare state for them and I noticed a marked increase in homelessness in recent visits. Having said all that I haven’t had a single incident that made me worry in all my visits (apart from two U.S. army soldiers on leave) and the people have been almost universally great.
Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt: Perfect for Fans
Not even just that, dating apps in general. Don’t go with the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this intention of sleeping with women whether that is paid or not essentially. When I went to Bratislava 20 years ago, it was an awful, awful place full of awful, awful people. Apparently people are suggesting it isn’t nearly as awful now so I am going back this summer as part of my tour of central Europe. When last I went, contempt for tourists was quite open and apparent. As a capital city, one would expect that in addition to a language only spoken by 5 million people, businesses in the tourist areas would speak at least one other European language. However, this was absolutely not the case. I traveled in a group of five and among us we spoke 10 different European languages (English, German, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Serbo-Croatian, Polish, Romanian, and Hungarian) and literally no one spoke any of these languages, even though Bratislava was once the Hungarian capital city under the Hapsburgs. One dude spit on the floor at us when our little troupe got to trying to speak Hungarian. Nah man, totally gentrified. Too many digital nomads driving up the prices. Used to be able to get used moon rovers and urine bags practically free. Now there’s a Starbucks behind every moon rock and Instagram models hogging the view from Tranquility Base. Things were better (and cheaper!) during COVID.
Listen to this commenter. The Mariana Trench is where it’s at! You should go before more tourists realise – there’s a bit of pressure to deal with and you’ll have to learn the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this local language, but there are no Instagrammers… yet 🙂 Romania. Government corruption, the lingering effects of Communism and horrible infrastructure made it just a horrible place for tourists and locals alike. 20 years ago, between the customs officials stealing everything from your suitcase, the taxi driver charging you $100 for a ride from the airport (and if you called the police, they would back up the taxi driver because they would take $50) the hotel charging you 4x the price for being a foreigner, police demanding a “photographer fee” if they saw you taking a picture, etc., it was just ridiculous. Fortunately, the old Communists are slowly dying off and as more people leave Romania and see what life is like elsewhere, they tolerate less BS from their government and the young people that choose to remain are reinventing their country as something altogether unique and wonderful. Don’t get me wrong, the government is still corrupt but, nowhere near what it was. Romania has a rich history, amazing landscape, beautiful architecture, great restaurants and quite surprisingly a very wonderful tradition for the arts. There’s so much new talent and creativity there and the traditional arts like the opera and ballet are still going strong. It’s escaping its past, maintaining its traditions and making a new future for itself. I see wonderful things in its future. (It’s why we bought a house there.)

Step by step to buy Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt
I loved visiting Bucharest as a solo traveller. It was a very cool place; I remember the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this buskers music especially. The streets had a very central European vibe; think cobblestones and alfresco cafes. Waiting for the day that much of the middle east to comes up on this list, hopefully before the last of the world heritage sites get blown up. 30 years ago there wasn’t much, but now there are many booming cities like Omaha, OKC, KC, Wichita, Tulsa, Lincoln, etc. A lot of cities have followed development plans similar to those of Cincinnati and Indianapolis, and are starting to truly explode and thrive i was going to say el salvador but u beat me to it im from there so im biased but i can 100% say that it is much more safer to fly there now than it was 5-10yrs ago. it is also so beautiful!! we have great beaches for surfing and just visiting, locals are friendly, food is delicious! i highly recommend el tunco, mizata, el zonte, el sunzal, camp at conchagua, etc Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Used to have pristine beaches where locals and foreigners alike could enjoy the water, some grilled seafood and some cheap foot massages. It was seedy in a wholesome sense. Today it’s a dystopian hellscape literally run by Chinese mafia. Nice if you enjoy being chained to a drainpipe in a call center or having your kidney repossessed in the basement of a casino. But it sucks for tourists and for locals. The latter can’t afford it and the former recoil in disgust. I think you didn’t understand the assignment correctly. Unless you think the dysfunction and danger is an improvement from the laid back vibes.
That’s crazy. I visited Cambodia in the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this beginning of 2019 and went to Sihanoukville to take a boat ride to a couple islands. I remember the locals saying that the chinese had just bought the whole beach and all the restaurants and guesthouses would be demolished soon. Sihanoukville’s glory days were clearly over but I would have never guessed it got that bad. I hope Koh Ta Kiev managed to stay under the radar. Medellin Colombia. As long as you don’t go there for nefarious reasons, they really are improving their tourism sector Saudi Arabia for sure. The country was shut to international tourists until 2020 if im not mistaken. Then covid hit. So basically it’s a brand new country to explore New Orleans is my favorite city in the United States. I was last there in 2022-if you stay in touristy spots (French quarter, garden district, magazine, etc) it’s perfectly fine.
Do not spread info like this, if you want those places to remain now nice places. Just like, shut up about hidden gems. If people here don’t talk about it, sooner or later someone else will on a different post. In many cases those “hidden gems” put effort into becoming tourist-friendly. They want people to go there. NYC. As long as you know where to go and where to avoid, and don’t get pulled into conversations with strangers. Believe me this is an improvement! NYC hasn’t been unsafe since the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this early 90s. Really have to go out of your way to find yourself in a bad neighborhood. The big cities have improved dramatically in the last 20 years. Unfortunately the state legislature has gotten dramatically worse. Medellín and most of rural colombia, look for guejar river cannon its look like an avatar movie, locals told me that prior to 2014 and the peace singing, it used to be a zone full of guerrillas and violence that made tourism impossible. India. That place has been transformed in the past 10 years. Also don’t forget to visit Ayodhya, it will be a once in a lifetime experience. It’s only now that people are straying away from the tried and tested(and tbh the not so nice parts) Delhi Agra Jaipur route so that’s there
Burma is magnificent, if you can stand the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this conflict. Beautiful country, great food, incredible people, shit government We went to Dominica about 10 years ago. There were no real tourist services at the time; hotels were all mom and pop places, restaurants were…interesting. I think a couple resorts have been built since then. I’m not saying it was a bad place to travel to, but it was difficult. We couldn’t really make reservations ahead of time, and wound up staying in a couple questionable places. One morning after staying at one of these questionable places, my husband woke up with bug bites all over him; I had none. Bedbugs? We’ll never know. We didn’t get sick from any of the questionable “restaurants”, so at least that was a positive, though some of them were pretty terrible and overpriced. Hopefully the food scene has improved. Lovely country though, would definitely go back!
I went to El Salvador about a year ago! I felt pretty safe the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this entire time and it was a beautiful country and everyone we met was really nice. I have been to El Salvador a few tines over the last 10 years. It stands today as a clear turnaround. Not discussing the politics behind it but the change is night and day for a tourist who wants to go and for people living there. I simply would never have recommend it to a tourist years ago and now it’s not an issue. Not a must go or an all together fantastic destination but worthy of a few days if you are near or can get there cheaply. Their tourism market has boomed over the last few years. On top of that, your home $ is worth so much more in Turkey than what it was a few years ago. Heading there in a few months but all my research has shown that prices for the biggest tourist attractions have shot up. Like 30-40 USD to enter the Hagia Sophia for example.
Especially if you lived there before (I am from Serbia. used to live in Belgrade) and when I go visit now, I am in shock from how many tourists. There always were tourists there but not on this level. I saw my hometown recommended on YouTube by some mid-range YouTuber. It’s in the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this south of Serbia (with less than 50K people) with nothing to do and I watched the whole vlog on how amazing they found it. I was like what? It’s cute and there’s history but there’s nothing there. Guatemala. Safety has improved dramatically recently, but parts of Guatemala City are still not a good idea to be walking around in.
I didn’t get a good grade, not because of the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this diaper head scheme (which was flawless), but because at one point my own mom moved it without any neck support and “broke its neck.” They gave us eggs because we didn’t have fancy babies (this was a while ago). Mine decided to commit suicide and jumped out the school bus window. It was tragic. At my school a few of the teachers refused to show the doll in their classroom, which resulted in the students failing the assignment. It was a big ordeal with the various teachers fighting. But like the teachers that refused the doll said, they were teaching students and the dolls were constantly interrupting class. They also said sending home an assignment that required 24 hour attention was probably illegal, and it was waking children up in the middle of sleep which affecting the student’s performance at school and sports. Some parents got involved too. They said when their kids are playing sports or working they were not going to be babysitting a doll. The teachers can’t sign the parents homework to do. The parents also hated being woken up. One parent started calling the teacher’s house every time the baby cried at night. The teacher complained that the parent was crossing a professional line.
Schools really choose to waste thousands of dollars and valuable classroom time on doll simulators for the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this girls when the cheapest and proven most effective method at reducing teen pregnancy is to just give the boys free condoms. Free condoms help, but the most effective method at reducing teen pregnancy is actually education. Teaching kids about sex, what healthy and abusive relationship dynamics look like, how to set boundaries with partners, where to go to report abuse, and how to find trusted adults to talk to about sexual and reproductive health issues. You also need to teach teens how to use condoms as well as other contraceptives properly because an inside out condom the rolls off inside a vagina doesn’t do much to stop pregnancy. And teaching about contraceptives is part of a comprehensive human development and sexual/reproductive health curriculum.
Conservative parents are against that because they don’t like the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this concept of “reduce teen pregnancy by educating them on sexual health and healthy consenting relationships.” They prefer “reduce teen pregnancy by advocating for abstinence and shaming girls for having sexual urges.” Boss move for sure. I love it even more knowing the teacher complained to the superintendent. Like, it’s your assignment. Lol. Worked out just like DARE then…look at how awful taking care of baby is….well maybe I need to find out for myself Idk if DARE still exists but my home town still runs a DARE 5k for it every year. I think they just can’t find another sponsor so they keep running it under that name My dad signed the paper so I wouldn’t have to take a doll home, he mostly just didn’t want to hear the doll cry at all hours. No, their heads are attached with some sort of hinge mechanism internally to encourage you to support their head like you would with a real baby. Basically moving it at all without supporting the head would activate a 5 minute long wailing scream and the computer in the doll would register a broken neck for when you turned in the doll. Ok so next step would be to strap a support stick around its back and head with some zip ties to prevent moms from breaking their necks. Ha ha. I’ve worked in a pediatric ER for 15 years. If I had a nickle for every baby brought in with a broken neck due to poor head support by naive teen mothers/grandmothers, I’d have …(checks wallet)… zero nickels.
Not that you can just forego head support on a newborn, but good grief. I never had to do anything like this as a teen, but frankly it sounds like the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this dolls penalize minor mistakes as deadly, while allowing for genuinely fatal circumstances (e.g. left under blankets and pillows) with minimal repercussion. It seems pretty horrifying. It’s probably easier to make a sensor that detects sudden movements than a sensor that detects being left under a blanket for hours. Undoubtedly, but the end result is the antithesis of acceptable infant care, which only affirms to me how terrible and ridiculous the entire exercise is. I’m older than you and we had to babysit an egg. It sat in the fridge, with my parents knowledge and consent until it was time to turn the egg back into school. Dumbest fucking assignment in my entire life. Coincidentally when my son was bad I used to lock him in the fridge….(joking for Christ sake, some idiot is going to think I really did this).
I could just see myself yelling, “If you don’t behave I’m going to lock you in the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this fridge like your brother Egbert!” I called a spider in my parents house Egbert when I was quite young. My mum still tells me about when Egbert’s turn up in the Autumn 30+ years later. We had the egg thing too in 7th grade. The teacher walked through class handing them out, and mine immediately rolled off my desk and broke. I was able to get another one, but something else stupid happened the next day and the second one broke as well. I didn’t get a third one, but I still got a good grade on the assignment because instead of writing a paper on what I learned (as we were supposed to), I instead took the opportunity to write about how I as a parent coped with the tragic stillbirth of my first child and sudden suicide of my second. I so want this to be real. My teacher got us to write a serious poem about our pet one time and I flipped it and made it funny. I won it as she got her daughters to vote on the winner.
100% real — I can’t imagine being so pathetic as to lie anonymously to strangers for attention, and even if I was to do so I’d like to think I’d tell more interesting stories than how I broke two eggs. I hadn’t thought about that in 36 years, but then I saw the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this comment about the egg project and it all came back to me — the two eggs, the story I wrote, everything. The only thing I don’t remember is how my second egg broke. I want to say it rolled off my desk too but I’m not sure. I also had one of these. I had to take it home over a long weekend and it gave me so much anxiety that I ended up putting it in my closet with a pillow and a mountain of blankets on top of it so I could finally get some sleep. My sister had one when I was 4, and the story goes that she had it in the house for about 20 minutes before I sent that baby flying.
I had one at around the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this same age and when it started crying at night, I put a pillow over it and fell back asleep. There was an episode of Frasier around that time where Niles carried a flour sack around to imagine what having a baby was like. “Last night, I actually had a dream my flour sack was abducted and the kidnapper started sending me muffins in the mail!” There’s an episode of Bob’s Burgers where son Gene has to take care of a flour baby. He lost it and a bad guy found the label that said “baby boy. Belcher” I say “Baby boy Belcher” all the time now. I graduated in 08 and they actually had us do this in 8th grade. It wasn’t that hard honestly you just stuck a key in its back for a few minutes and went back to bed. Alas this post is journalism advertising and so the writer isn’t interested in a solid and informative article by showing the data that supports this toy baby works in schools with a high teenage pregnancy rate. I went to a smallish rural school. My senior class started with out 150. My junior year in 2000, 7 girls were pregnant after summer break. The following year, those dolls were handed out to a few girls. That’s odd. My kids went to a school in a city of 4,000. All kids in eighth grade, boys and girls, spent a weekend at home with one of those dolls. Obviously it was a rotating basis. I’m guessing the school had about 15-20 of the dolls.
Same story. Smallish rural school, class size was about 150. About a dozen ended up pregnant and most of those dropped out. Another dozen at least ended up in juvie or prison for various reasons (arson, dogfighting, drug dealers, etc.). We graduated 112 students. Three of them already were mothers. One of the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this dropouts had multiple kids, and got pregnant with her first at 13. We had the dolls but they were only for the kids in the “Life skills and family planning” class or whatever they called it. Not the nerds like me who were in AP classes and on the Quiz Bowl team. Oh, he did go to prison, he was a thirty year old black man who knocked up a preteen white girl in Appalachia. There was no chance of him getting off the hook. There should never be a chance a 30 year old gets off the hook for inappropriate relationships with a 13 year old.
Our high school had the Milwaukee Brewers mom always cheering glove finding shirt moreover I love this childcare class as an easy elective and it seemed like the girls who either planned on having children early or were statically more likely to do so took the class more than others. This is a fair point. I also notice that a lot of schools use the “real life skills” types of classes as dumping grounds for kids who are bad at school and can’t be bothered to pick their own electives. That’s the logic, but the class still ends up feeling like a dumping ground. It gets taught at a low content level so kids who do choose to take it don’t get to learn much. Of course, this isn’t always the case, some schools have legit good electives. We can make random assumptions about the article and its author, or we can actually read it and discover that it refers to peer-reviewed research published in the Lancet.
