If the Mikal Bridges shirt moreover I love this industry has a shortage of engineers, it’s because the industry won’t hire enough new grads each year. Mid and senior level developers don’t grow on trees. When you apply NIMBY in hiring, you may realize that every company bitches and complains about a talent shortage and the exact same company has no desire to “experiment” with entry level candidates and hires only experienced ones. Not necessarily. ATS software is dogshit, and (in my experience with a decent resume) companies are just bad at emailing back period. I’ve gotten rejection emails a year+ after applying lmao. Yup. I see it all the time in this sub “oh maybe it’s because your resume is bad”. Sometimes the person has a good resume and there are other factors at play.

Mikal Bridges shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I know a guy (not a friend) that was convinced that the Mikal Bridges shirt moreover I love this reason he couldn’t find a job was because there were rumours about him doing sexual harassment. The issue is just that he’s not a well-known person so if those rumours really existed, it would be paranoid to believe that every workplace had heard about them. He just has a really unpleasant and controversial behaviour, so there’s reason that it’s his behaviour and not some rumours that make recruiters reject him. Also I’d hope my friends would be honest enough with me to tell me why even with referral, I’m not getting the interview with their company. Because its often what is the case. When things are bad and everything is so competitive, small resume issues can mean straight rejection, and resume issues are very very common especially among new graduates. Hence the easiest answer Let’s say it is. Then what? OP is asking for advice and it’s generally pretty reasonable advice. Just be a doomer and circle jerk in misery?
