Cleansing balms!!! I use Remove it Zero and rub my eyes with it and my waterproof mascara comes right off— I follow it up with a cleanser and keep my eyes closed the Miguel Cabrera 24 Detroit Tigers Home Run and 3000 Hits signature shirt In addition,I will do this entire time throughout both products because otherwise the balm gets in my eyes. The balm removes most of it and I rub my closed eyes with the cleanser and everything comes off every time Not exactly what you asked for but have you ever tried tubing mascara? I used to struggle getting my mascara off and felt that I was either damaging my skin/lashes or leaving make up behind. I switched to tubing mascara over 10 years ago and love it! Warm water and the mascara literally slides off in pieces. This is the one I use now: and think it’s just an all around fab mascara.

Mine takes forever to come off as well I take an oil cleanser water based cleanser then heaps of moisturizer and let it sit on for a while then wipe away then I use Aquaphor or Vaseline and let that sit overnight but not a ton of that mind you just a titch i have the Miguel Cabrera 24 Detroit Tigers Home Run and 3000 Hits signature shirt In addition,I will do this same issue w the the Softymo Sppedy, it just smears it around. try a cleansing balm or micellar water. sometimes i can also just get it off with hot water Tbh for eye makeup micellar water is the only way to go! I personally love the pink top by bioderma (sold at Costco right now too) Ok , this used to be me. Now I get in the shower and use cleansing balm. Rinse off and by the time I’ve brushed my teeth etc. I go back and literally take the mascara off my lashes with my finger tips. I dunno how, but I guess the water/steam for 5-10 min softens the mascara and I can just slip it straight off with my fingers.. I don’t use waterproof mascara though and rotate between Maybelline and Covergirl.
