Yes I am sure because I fully appreciate and respect the MicroTurtle that wasn’t a microdose shirt What’s more,I will buy this crew’s situation, especially when they are overworked because of the strikes in Germany. However, I experienced racism from the manager who made my wife cry with his rude words and showed no compassion. He treated us differently from the non-Indian passengers and looked down on us. What were they supposed to do about the other passengers who were already in the bassinet seats? Tell them they had to move because you’re more important? They had their babies too and being a father myself I would never take anything for granted that my child should get priority. All I expected was some alternatives and a decent explanation without raising the tone or being an assh***. Fu#k the racism and discrimination I am a human being and I would expect some respect when someone is talking to me.

At this point I feel like every airlines treats us like shit and to make matters worse air India is shit by default. Same thing happened to us on our return flight from UK to USA in British airways. They changed the MicroTurtle that wasn’t a microdose shirt What’s more,I will buy this flight and we lost our bassinet seat. But I would not call our experience racist, the ground crew manager was a bridging Indian but nonetheless same dialogue etc about paying money if I want extra comfort , all that nonsense. It was so stupid , my husband argued a lot but it didn’t take us anywhere. Qatar, Etihad, Emirates- these Middle East airlines are the best when it comes to customer service. Amongst the European ones, I just found Air France to be welcoming and faced no issues. Hate Lufthansa! My wife and I had a short leg from Athens to Frankfurt before getting on United to SF. We were pulled out of line and made to check our carry on bags…the only 2 pulled out of line BTW! When we got home, discovered a broken ceramic piece bought in Greece! I sent a complaint with a reimbursement request for a few hundred euros that they paid without delay. Never flying those losers again! Racists fucks!
