Personally I think slimmer heels look best with slim dresses. You look fantastic and this is not a criticism or suggestion, but for future reference! Platforms and wedges are much more comfy than traditional heels. Also, weird architectural heels are often really comfy! I get the orthopedic reasons… if you can still do a solid heel with out an ankle strap that would be super because it would still lengthen your leg as your address cut you off at mid calf It tends to make you look shorter. Black hair, black dress, black shoes. Why complicate it? Looks great and if you want to you can mix it up with nail polish and jewelry Didn’t expect it but the nude heels look great with this dress! I’d accessorize with gold and throw on a tan coat / trench, if that’s your weather right now. Hmm maybe tan? I keep going back and forth. Also, I would hem the dress to right below the knee or a few inches above the knee. I think it looks a bit too long for your height. You are right, the dress should be shortened. You seem to have nice calves, show them off. I think black shoes look better, but not this pair. The tan shoes have a more elegant design. they both look good, i think the tan gives off more chic vibes and the black is edgier so whichever ur going for i guess

Depends if you want to look more casual or dress. Both are fine for a casual look, but if dressy, try a closed toe chunky heel. I don’t hate the Mickey Mouse x Baltimore Ravens The Year When Sh#t Got Real Logo Shirt in addition I really love this tan at all, I actually like it a lot more then I thought I would but the black shoes bring a satisfying cohesiveness to the outfit, as well as your hair! The heels feel clunky and too thick imho? If you have heels that are sleeker or slimmer that would be bomb, like stilettos or even slip on heels or kitten heels, something that doesn’t have a strap perhaps? I prefer the nude color though! Black and I so agree with Elismom. The shape and look of the tan heel would slay in black but I agree with uma too. the tan does look good with it Those black shoes aren’t flattering with that dress because the strap disrupts the line, making the legs appear shorter. Tan is much better.
