I wouldn’t. Accidents happens and people get turned around sometimes. This is obnoxiously bad though. It’s their job to figure out how to get to their destinations. Also, I would have just gone and picked that shit up myself with how close it was. Tbh I’d rate badly for that. You said it took 40 extra minutes to get to you and was cold. I’d be pissed. Chances are they were multiapping. Heck no. Usually when I see this behavior it’s a driver multiapping and doing multiple deliveries for other services. Doordash needs to fix their mapping system. If your car is fuel efficient enough, you can actually make money doing that, but it is a very bad practice and will end up backfiring on most of them hopefully I hope everyone else is right in this case and it’s just a new driver that freaked out and didn’t know what to do, but there’s no way to know for sure If this delivery was in California they would also be earning an extra $0.30 per mile while on the delivery which is even more incentive for people to play the system unfortunately
