Its because of the Mickey mouse my first Disney Trip 2023 shirt moreover I will buy this internet, only 10 years ago you wouldn’t have access to everyone’s personal stories, you would only hear about this stuff through your friends or family, now a days everything is being broadcasted so we are seeing every side of society, not just what we thought was real, or what we want to believe, every aspect, good, bad, horrible, fantastic, etc. Its a way for us to talk, to connect with the world, and not just the people next to us, but anyone and everyone, it’s a pretty wild thing Same thing happened with Uber. You could make good money in the start and then they switched something and you barely make any money. I personally saw more garbage when I first started over 4 years ago other than on this sub. This sub has gone to hell. The mods mod too much and the customers/dashers that come here are mostly disturbed trolls.

Honestly I just assume these stories happen in bigger cities. I dash in a smaller town and haven’t had any issues luckily! 1: Creepy people exist. Creepy people see dashing as an easy way to be fuckin creepy and get paid for it. What it boils down to is Door Dash doesn’t really ask for references or check previous work history. They do a criminal background check. Aka, if a person hasn’t been criminally convicted for being a creepy motherfucker, they can be a door dasher no problem. 2: Tip baiting. Very few dashers are actually giving it their all anymore because we’re all aware that we could end up going above & beyond, and end up with no tip and being paid basically $2 for 30+ minutes of our time (depending on the Mickey mouse my first Disney Trip 2023 shirt moreover I will buy this restaurants) 3: On the topic of restaurants, in my area it’s a two-way street. I can’t speak for any other areas obviously but here I’ve personally been told to “get a real fucking job & stop being lazy” directly after saying “Hi! It’s also worth mentioning that this occurred at a McDonalds in my area that literally none of the door dashers here have ANY positive things to say about. We’re talking over an hour wait times for someone to even acknowledge your presence standing at the counter and other instances of employees just being rude at best & cruel at worst.
