You made the Mickey Mouse Colorado Avalanche Logo 2023 Shirt but in fact I love this right call. Imo I think your relationship with your direct manager can make or break your whole experience. In my grad school orientation they told us that those who have a positive relationship with their supervisor can overcome almost any obstacle, those who don’t have a hard time overcoming even small obstacles. I think the same is true for the workplace. Trust your gut, he probably would’ve made your life hell if you worked there. If they are rude during the hiring process just imagine how they act once working. I interviewed with a direct supervisor that was nothing short of a crusty old cow. The interview went very well. She said they were still looking at other candidates and would get back to me. Fine. She set up a second interview for the following week and cancelled the morning of. I called to ask if she would like to reschedule, and I was promptly ghosted.

A few weeks later, I see the Mickey Mouse Colorado Avalanche Logo 2023 Shirt but in fact I love this ad for the position posted again, and because I’m an arse, I reapplied lol. Two days later, I saw her number pop up on my phone, so I answered. First thing out of her mouth? “Thank you for taking my call, I didn’t think you’d pick up.” Like, why wouldn’t I?! Anyway, she asks me in for another interview. This time, her boss is there along with his boss. I go through the same questions and am hired on the spot. When I actually start work, she refuses to even speak to me, no good morning, no pleasantries whatsoever. And it’s just us two for the first half of the day. Five hours of dead silence. Mind you, she had no qualms about chatting up the other employees when they came in for their shifts. Two weeks of that shite and I was out the door. Too bad too, it’s a great company. Unfortunately, they have the hag from hell running that particular location.
