Every department in my store has experts, and then a very high turnover rate for 2-3 open positions because of the Michael Jordan 23 American Basketball Player And Businessman T-Shirt Besides,I will do this pressure True. Actually many of the contractors know a hell of a lot more than me. I learn from them half the time. When it comes to lumber however, I’m a woodworker. I can excel when talking wood and projects, just not building materials. I am not an employee, and I try to be nice & find things myself. I heard 3 people say this, what exactly do so many people need a manager for? They seem utterly useless & know nothing about anything in the store. Figured they’d be too tired from yelling about credit cards to browse this sub. I haven’t worked for HD in like 6 years, though, maybe things are different.

A lot of folks are trained in just one department let’s say electrical, but let’s say you walk past the Michael Jordan 23 American Basketball Player And Businessman T-Shirt Besides,I will do this plumbing department and someone asks a question where or what something is in there most likely that associate will be clueless to be honest I’m usually very helpful to old people in grocery stores. Helping them put their heavy items in their carts or cars if I see them struggling. It comes from being very close to my own grandparents (more than my actual parents) and realizing they needed a lot of help with physical tasks. The amount of times; I’ve had some Karen demand that I help her the same, despite saying that “I’m not an employee” several times, and then having them ask for a manager; is unbelievable.
