Completely agree, that’s why I joined a slightly more expensive gym. Less packed, better equipment and facilities. I would say if you can afford it, then definitely find a more pricier gym, I pay £45 a month and worth every penny. You get what you buy. The sad reality is that it depends which part of London you’re in. I paid £45 for a gym in my local area and it was so busy I couldn’t ever get a machine. It’s like £60-£100 where I live to find a decent one (Highgate area) If you’re happy travelling down to Kentish Town, the Miami Dolphins 56th anniversary thank you for the memories signatures shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this Better Health gym next to Kentish Town West is decent and also has a pool. I pay ~£56pm and it includes classes too. The one in Vauxhall is really small. Usually you can use others from the same branch within the same council. Unfortunately the one in Clapham closed, so not worth it in my area.

Oh thank you! I was actually eyeing up that gym but I didn’t really like the Miami Dolphins 56th anniversary thank you for the memories signatures shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this Better gym in archway so thought I’d leave it (although, it is archway!!) cheers! Yeah, that’s really unfortunate. I live in South London, and usually things are a bit cheaper here, so I am quite lucky. But all other gyms I’ve been to are really packed, apart from the one I go to now, which barely has any people. I’m in Whetstone and I use the Better gym in North Finchley (the East Finchley side) and it’s really good; well maintained and a decent gym and pool too. I’m a member of “The Gym” in Tottenham Hale…and even though I’ve been there over 2 years, the toilets have always smelled GOD AWFUL. Like…big fat turds and sewage.

The lady who cleans uses the Miami Dolphins 56th anniversary thank you for the memories signatures shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this same cloth in the toilets as she does on all the stairway handlebars. So she’s rubbing fecal matter and urine all over the place and spreading bacteria / virus’. Also, they have the same trashy RnB / auto-tune music you hear everywhere, all the time. Can we not just have silent gyms? Everyone listens to their own music anyway! FFS. It’s the same in Bruce Grove, but the White Hart Lane one is actually nice if you can be bothered to hop on a bus. I moved here in 2021 and found a great independent gym in Bermondsey that was a nice 30 min walk from my flat. It unexpectedly shut down at the end of 2022 and never reopened. It’s such a shame because the only clubs within walking distance to be now are either inexpensive gyms that are always crowded with mediocre equipment or small personal training gyms that cost £300 a month for 2 sessions a week.

The more dedicated a membership for a gym (i.e. used by regulars who go at a set time / date), the Miami Dolphins 56th anniversary thank you for the memories signatures shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this better their etiquette I find. Gyms with loads of transient users, like The Gym etc, where they’re frequented by students and them types tend to have worse etiquette Kings College London gym in Strand is the best gym I’ve ever been to. Super respectful staff and always have interesting conversations as full of PhD students and researchers. And it is quite cheap, but you have to be alumni I believe. Can confirm that members of the public who are not a student, staff member or alumnus/alumna of the College can join King’s Sport & Wellness, which includes the gym on the Strand. I genuinely think it’s the best in the locality, though the gym floor itself is on the small side. Really? Usually people complain that they’re really expensive, hyperbusy, music too loud, and the classes are so popular that it’s difficult to book and attend.

Step by step to buy Miami Dolphins 56th anniversary thank you for the memories signatures shirt

Yep, they took a serious decline just before the Miami Dolphins 56th anniversary thank you for the memories signatures shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this pandemic and have been increasingly terrible ever since. I’ve stopped going to them entirely a year ago and just do my own workouts with my own stuff at home or around the community both independently or through booking group classes/activities I find online. Much more easier, more fun and better peace of mind! Physical Culture in Putney is brilliant if you want free weights and machines. It’s actually shockingly clean in there, and people have good etiquette. Southwark Leisure Centers are amazing for their price. 25£ a month for swimming pools, classes, saunas, gyms, etc, and they are all over. Generally, they tend to take a while to repair broken equipment, but it never really hinders my work outs. The gym is also being constantly cleaned so are the locker rooms showers etc. Swimming pool is decent just wish they would force people to shower before entering as its a rule but not being enforced hard enough. And if you live in Southwark they’re free for residents a few days a week, or at least they used to be when I lived in Southwark
I use a local PureGym but I WFH so go middle of the Miami Dolphins 56th anniversary thank you for the memories signatures shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this work day. Never go into the toilets they’re atrocious and the showers are a write off. But it’s cheap and keeps me fit. Gymboxes are probably the best in central London if you are near one. They feel a bit “try hard”, but the equipment is great, maintained, and they seem to care. I’ve used puregym and the gym group for years now and I’ve always found them good enough for the price. I don’t expect good plumbing but I do expect gym equipment to work. I’ve never found that to be an issue for an extended period of time. Maybe worth speaking to the manager of the gym and giving the feedback in a constructive way. The staff are usually very nice. Maybe I got lucky with the gyms. I only used the gym for weight machines and the rowing machine. Decided to fork out for my own rowing machine and had weights at home already. If you have the space get your own gym stuff. I’m much happier and don’t have to deal with annoying people
Join a martial arts gym. Full body workouts with cardio and mobility all in one. Way more fun plus you actually make friends i go to the Miami Dolphins 56th anniversary thank you for the memories signatures shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this gym group, and I’ve been to a few. toilets always disgusting but other then that usually quite clean and good. I pay for a nuffield gym in St Albans and it has got tons of broken equipment and mouldy ceilings. It is not worth the price The biggest factor is the demographic using the gym. Ive trained in a gym in hackney central, and a gym in Highbury (same company). The one in hackney constantly had broken equipment, weights never put back in the right spot, and was always dirty (especially the toilets). The one in Highbury was amazing, gym equipment is newer, it’s clean, well looked after, weights always orderly. I’m going to go out on a limb here and suggest the demographic in Highbury is slightly different to the demographic in hackney. People look after the equipment, they clean up after themselves, and they also complain to managers if shit isn’t looked after.
