Bro we are paying 12k to our cook bhaiya. We are three girls living in kormangla and he comes twice a day to cook. We started at 8.5k and recently increased it to 11k. I know it’s on the Mexico Nation League Semi-Finals and Finals i shirt and I love this higher side when we talk about cook salaries but here are my/our reasons for increasing his salary: he accommodates our random needs. Example- fresh juices every day, 4-5 types of dishes everyday (because we follow different diets) People of my age group (early 30s , earning decently well) don’t bat an eyelid when it comes to spending on “going out/eating out”, so if I have to pay 1k extra per head per month then why not. People often spend mindlessly on random things and if our house helps ask for a 1k raise then flinch. I pondered over it and I realised that it’s alright pay 1k salary extra to our househelps, it helps them run their household. Sorry but having lived in the UK (from blr) for over a decade I find it fascinating how many people have maids and cooks in bangalore.

Sorry if it’s coming off as cocky or not being helpful but I’ve never had maid or felt the Mexico Nation League Semi-Finals and Finals i shirt and I love this need for one. So am curious why so many people have maids in big cities in India? 25k for one person who comes as many times as my husband and I need him (only two times for us as per our preference). He has worked in luxury hotel chains and is a very reliable, responsible dude. Looks after our pets when we’re gone on vacation or when hubs is away at work and I go with him. We treat him really well and provide him with lots of flexibility and respect in his workplace. I’m an OCI kid born in Sydney so I can’t stand treating people like shit hahah. Give your staff a raise. Most of my friends pay around the same.
