Lyft and Uber are interesting where they want driver reviews which are used to offboard dangerous drivers or bad experiences. The passenger rating does very little and just serves to represent a false symmetry. Airbnb seems a lot different. They seem to be a lot more strongly defensive on the Metallica Wings Syracuse Orange Logo shirt Furthermore, I will do this side of the host are generally seem to side with them and help inflate their ratings In host groups you read how Airbnb totally favors guests and in guest forums you read how Airbnb totally favors hosts. Maybe everyone feels unjustly treated. It could be that customer service is so bad we should have no expectations. Like decisions are being made with a set of dice or a bingo spinner. Uber and Lyft consider YOU to be their customer base. The driver is an employee. AirBnB cosiders the OWNERS to be their customer base, and you are just renting from the their customer. Totally different priorities.

I disagree. The guests are the Metallica Wings Syracuse Orange Logo shirt Furthermore, I will do this ones paying ABB. The host only pays the credit card processing fee. So guests are their clients. Hosts are just the inventory, and are a dime a dozen. The Uber rider who gave me the one star rating was crazy. Firstly, he made a comment about how slow the traffic was and I replied by saying something like ‘I wouldn’t mind if it was slower actually. Every time I connect to public Wi-Fi at 7/11, we’ve moved out of range before I can use it.’ When we reached the destination and I went to pay, he wasn’t happy receiving lower value notes as he already had loads of them. He started shouting and locked the doors. He wouldn’t let me out until I gave him higher value notes, which I didn’t have on my person, so that he could get rid of some of the change he had. I had to get my wife to come down with the notes he wanted. He spent the entire time complaining about how she should have been waiting outside with the notes for him when she arrived as it was unacceptable that he had to wait.
