“There’s been talk of protests outside Supreme Court Justices’ homes; but it appears likely that such protests are illegal, under 18 U.S.C. § 1507 (subsection numbers added), with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, If there is no law then they apply the Metalic And Justice Forall 88 Shirt moreover I love this constitution. If that doesn’t apply then they drop the hammer saying. Sorry nothing stopping the states from actually making these laws. Which is not morally incorrect or fucked ip. It’s a fact of our failed law making body in this country that tries to push their failures onto the SC and make them the bad guys. The reality is if there’s nothing in the laws or cont saying a state can’t do shit then legally the SC is supposed to rule that welp. Can’t stop them so whatever the state did in that regard is technically legal.

The SC can’t be like welp. No law, nothing in the Metalic And Justice Forall 88 Shirt moreover I love this cont. so let’s stop it anyways. That would go against the very essence of why courts exist. The roe v wade was barely done with a far fetched interpretation of right to privacy. Which means anyone can challenge the abortions as long as they aren’t trying to strike down roe v wade based on the initial reasoning for that ruling. Places can do this because there’s no law. No law means you can challenge something in any specific way you want. With a law you can’t challenge the right to abortion as long as it doesn’t violate the constitution. A law approved by Congress and then the president can stand the test of time and is needed in this case because the SC does not make laws. To many people blame the SC not ruling a specific way when in reality it’s because they need laws to make what they want happen and for the SC to rule the way they want.
