Let’s be honest why would you want to continue to take advantage of your parents? I moved out and went to college full time, worked full time and bought a house while doing all that. Staying at home is seriously a crutch. Get off your butt and do something don’t sit there and get it handed to you. because americans are idiot garbage religious fanatics. Having a kid is part of the Messy Bun Hair Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month Latino Latin Country Flags T-Shirt and I will buy this cycle, but when they’re 18, the cycle ends and now parents think they can go be with jesus when they die. this country is so fucking stupid a lot of the time.. I’m from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. While I knew that stuff like this happened in the US, these accounts are truly shocking to me, perhaps because we are warmer towards our relationships than most countries. Feels too damn cold for a parent to just dump their kid out on the world like that…they probably tell themselves they are teaching “a lesson” but the truth it they just don’t want to be burdened with the responsability of being a good parent. Hope all of you who got this treatment figured things out!!!! People in USA produce children they can’t afford to raise. There aren’t many social nets to fall back on here. So, at the time the child turns 18, when their legal obligations are complete, these “parents” are more than happy to sever their support so they can have their financial and social freedom back.

Trashy, but that’s the Messy Bun Hair Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month Latino Latin Country Flags T-Shirt and I will buy this gist. Especially if their child is gay or trans, or follow any other lifestyle that the parents don’t approve of. I think the biggest issue is complacency. Many kids at that age aren’t motivated enough and don’t understand that it’s time to start THEIR life. Sleeping until noon, doing nothing the rest of the day and then going out at night is a common schedule unless they’re given an ultimatum. I wasn’t ready for college right out of high school and my P’s were disappointed, but they accepted it and gave me the option of school, job, or armed forces. I chose job and started working less than a week later. Grew up, got married, owned 3 different properties….got divorced, caught up with substance abuse, lost everything and have since moved back home to start all over again in my 40’s. I’m blessed to have loving parents who never gave up on me and always left the porch light on for me.
