Girl in high school, girl I ran into on the way to work, girl who lived next door to me in the dorms sophmore year….sigh Almost entirely tbh. Less trust in key people. Less self sacrificing to help others that won’t appreciate it. (On me, not them.) I don’t think I’d do anything differently, because I couldn’t guarantee to find my husband again, but I would definitely leave myself some notes about what bets to place, stocks to invest in, etc. I’d push for my parents to get my teeth properly taken cared for and I’d push to get diagnosed with adhd so that I could actually finish school without flunking. Ooooh, I would do so many things. especially if I get to keep my past memories but also change the future. I could make so many things so much better, and also remember the worst that life can be. I’d save our family’s money from getting stolen, keep our house from burning down (and all our neighbors maybe), leave my family, get to go to college, stop my nephews from doing drugs, have a way more advanced art career, and be insanely rich. I’d also totally just enjoy being a teenager and get to make real teenage memories, bc I didn’t have a lot of those experiences— driver’s license, parties, sports, dating etc. I would keep my childhood friends close and not lose contact with them. I would stop being a dickhead to one of my friend and probably ask her out instead, she was a good friend that I was kinda attracted to but I, on the other hand, have always been the worst friend you can have :/

I would do anything to get as much money as possible and dump it into apple / microsoft stock. Would never have to work again. I would use the Merry and Bright May Your Day Be Christmas T-Shirt and I love this three years with my grandmother I got back to spend time with her before the third round of cancer kills her. I didn’t visit enough the first time Kiss a boy or three, don’t wait til college. And have sex before your late 20’s. Learn what you like. Get that “girls smell bad” garbage out of your head. Go to a different college. First thing I thought of was to use my ability to act confident for short bursts, and my better general social skills lol My life would be so much easier already knowing that I wasn’t put on this earth to look good for men, or anyone else for that matter. We just humans doing human things. I used to want to work with animatronics. Knowing what I do now about the future of them, I would drop out of the engineering classes and go all in on technology. I actually started the robotics club at my school and the summer after I graduated they killed it claiming budget reasons but I think it was because no one else wanted to go through the trouble of signing up for competitions and getting a van. I spent five years after high school trying to get into college for engineering and robotics, and during that time, I got really into computers. I ended up going to college for tech support and now have three degrees in networking, hardware and software support, and web security.
