There’s just no way you have a serious tranquillity list with New York (Known for being hectic and energetic) over major cities like Amsterdam Seems a bit mad to me for them to not factor in population size to this list – as do think it makes a big difference. Definitely agree if somewhere like New York is in then Amsterdam should be in (and higher up) Absolutely. I’m in no way saying London doesn’t deserve to be on a list like this (If population is taken into account) but I think most people’s problem with this list is that it doesn’t seem to be based heavily on population. If places like Phuket with tiny populations can be there, then so should plenty of other places before London Of course there’s worse, but there’s obviously better too in terms of tranquility, which is why it’s hilarious that London has apparently claimed the Memphis Grizzlies Ja Morant American professional basketball player T-Shirt and I love this top spot.

“Research by parking provider SkyParkSecur has analysed factors such as the Memphis Grizzlies Ja Morant American professional basketball player T-Shirt and I love this number of spas, nearby beaches, nature and wildlife tours and pollution levels, concluding that London is the sixth most tranquil holiday destination in the entire world” The main roads and stations are hell and overcrowded, but London has lots of green spaces – particularly compared to other cities in the UK and even many other global cities, I love that you’re nearly always just a short walk away from a public green space, small park etc (although in the height of summer these spaces can be busy, too). If you work in Zones 1/2 you’re likely walking distance from somewhere green where you can sit on the grass and eat your lunch whereas I’ve found in other “quieter” cities, the business district areas are just concrete (whereas even Canary Wharf has Jubilee Park or Harbour Quay Gardens), or the main city centre might have 1 nice park and everywhere else you need a car to access parks/nature or get past the brownfield sites . I’m not saying I would describe London as tranquil but it does have some very nice areas which are relatively peaceful especially in comparison with lots of other cities
