Therefore, changing a diaper for a girl is an absolute nightmare. I learned that there’s nothing better in the whole world than that little girl that wants to play, hug, and imitate you. I never had a dad, not really, so I never knew what a good dad was, but I know I’m a good dad. She always comes first and she gets extra bedtime stories and chocolate milk and there’s not a thing I wouldn’t do for her. Everything I said when they were little remains with them, no matter how far away. Even my smallest remarks, disses, or anytime I might have -involuntarily- done and that might have made an impression. Big reason why I stopped drinking, not an alcoholic by any means, but was not worth to have a temporary buzz vs giving a proper good father figure example. Others have said that our behaviour shapes how they will see guys later in life, they are right. Also, they remain little girls forever within the family realm. Blessed. That women (ones in my family, anyway), are messier than me. Late wife wouldn’t put away clean clothes into her closets and drawers, and would griped at me for putting it in the wrong place when I couldn’t stand it anymore. Daughter’s room looks like a Rhino ran through it, I always have to put out ultimatums so that she’d clean her room.

Not that my son’s a prize, young man can’t clean worth a damn. Mopped the Meh… Good Enough Mediocrates Signatures T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this floor thrice, and still there are soda stains on it. Scrub, man. Put some power into it! That’s tile, it’s not going to scratch. But, at least he’s keeping things tidy. i don’t understand this revelation people always have, the only way it makes sense is if you/men wiiped back to front. which if this is the case, you need mental help all these comments make me wish my dad did things like this. i know he’s a good man and a great husband, but i never felt like he was a fatherly figure. he doesn’t care about my day, what’s going on in my life, or my hobbies. more power to you all who want to make an impact on their daughters lives, be a good role model & just outright love your daughters. I learned that girls are certainly not sugar and spice, and everything nice. Especially since I was doing the laundry as a single dad.
