That’s the Mc donald’s let me love you jack skellington shirt Besides,I will do this reason, you pissed someone off in management and they’ve been looking for a reason, any reason to fire you. It just happened to be for this reason. just remember that loyalty isnt shit and use this as an opportunity to grow, shoot to only accept a job that pays 50% more than this shitty job and never look back. your coworkers have a lot of accumulated complaints about you. just be honest your not that great of an employee?. I worked target walmart. getting fired is so hard stealing or fighting againts coworker or guest is the easiest way of getting fired. stealing time is also stealing If termed for time theft all that has to get approved by a third party(wage and hourly I believe, it’s been awhile since doing the process). They would submit all the occurrences and they would give the required result from the investigation. Or they didn’t do the correct process and terminated you anyway. Either way you can open door it, you don’t have anything to lose.

Could they try to add up several different instances in where they think you’re wasting time like, using the Mc donald’s let me love you jack skellington shirt Besides,I will do this bathroom too many times or too long within a work shift, or other? Management has to fire so many people per quarter. Don’t take it personally. You could try to get a lawyer, but Walmart is usually above the law, so I wouldn’t recommend it. A friend of mine had this happen to her too. You can open door it sure, but to what end? Say it works, and you get your job back. If they really don’t like you, which is what this sounds like to me, they’ll just find another reason and fire you again, and your job will be utter hell until they do. I wouldn’t work for a company that tried to fire me, because clearly I am not wanted there, and I would much rather be somewhere that does. You know what’s really weird about that is my manager and my coach was in the room and my manager shook my hand and said I did a lot of good work and told me to try and reapply in 6 months.
