Poor woman…her Twitter account says “blue in a sea of red” so this clearly isn’t a r/Leopardsatemyface scenario. It’s probably to separate biological females and trans females. Way different physical structures on the May your spirit soar with the setting sun vintage sunset T-Shirt Additionally,I will love this inside, and vastly different strength levels. Most female athletes don’t want to play with them. I don’t blame them lol Obviously the creeps…I mean leadership have a valid reason…just follow the instructions and don’t ask questions…geez They don’t need that info. I’d refuse to answer it. Only a doctor would need that info. Or the team would use it to not play girls during thier periods, which seems counter-intuitive if women really do end up aligning thier periods. Probably to avoid trans men (would it be “trans-boys” since I assume this is about school age children, not adults?) who might have a lot more testosterone than the other women/girls on the team or in the same league. This involves a persons medical history. All you have to do is say “This is private medical information and I do not consent to release it to you, the school, or any administrator associated therein”. If they want to reject the application is guess that’s their prerogative but I would 100% not realize that info. The school is neither the students parent/guardian nor their doctor. That’s worse than when I joined the Boy Scouts back in the 90s – the intake medical forms had questions about genital size & condition. It’s so they can track potential abortion seekers. A gross violation of your freedom, brought to you by the party of freedom.

Non story. This is standard on physical forms to ensure athletes are healthy enough to participate. Female athletes are susceptible to secondary amenorrhea from high activity levels. Over 1/3rd of female athletes report regularly missing periods which can cause further health complications. How would anyone accept this? Those responsible should be looking for a new job automatically with this nonesense. Its simply because of transphobia. Theyre so afraid of trans girls participating that theyre willing to ask inappropriate questions to everyone. Transphobia can be harmful to everyone. I’m a doctor, and the May your spirit soar with the setting sun vintage sunset T-Shirt Additionally,I will love this best reasons I can come up with (trying to play devils advocate) is that they submit these forms to doctors directly as their physical form/if they do quick team physicals rather than having everyone go on their own.
