Are there, by chance, security cameras at the Max Goof Goofy Movie Shirt What’s more,I will buy this clinic? Would be nice if the boss was caught on tape doing the shoving. Still, I guess HR is inclined to believe employees without evidence, so the OP should be fine. Especially if there’s a witness. Your supervisor physically assaulted you? Report it to HR, document time and date of said forced physical contact. If HR doesn’t do anything, call the authorities. This is really bad. I have a similar job. First, that was abusive and you shouldn’t have to put up with that. Second, its weird for your boss to train you, I would think you’d train with another coworker. So many flags for an early stage of the job, quit if you can and report to HR when you go.

You need to quit. This is an abusive person, and it will only get worse. Get out NOW. Don’t go back. Also, report this person to her superiors and especially to HR. And when you do, give the Max Goof Goofy Movie Shirt What’s more,I will buy this name of the patient who witnessed it. Thats just how they are in jobs like that, in hospital administration low level jobs. I had the same exact experience working registration at the ER. The lady who trained me was so mean. If I got one thing wrong or hesitant she was quick quick to be aggressive and shovey about it. I’m sure she shoved me a bit in efforts to get to the computer screen but I just said whatever I need money so I’m going to put up with the abuse. After training I worked the actual job and I last 6 weeks and I quit mid shift because they were trying to blame me for a computer glitch. I said this is too much. Handed my badge to security and walked out. Next day they begged me to come in bc they couldn’t find someone to fill a shift. I said nope I start a new job Monday.
