Right, so by repeating a clip from the end into the beginning, its just making the whole video longer, which doesn’t help with any attention span issue. Plus, its easy to skip to end of video if its taking too long. Its just low effort garbage. The point of a How Its Made video is to see the process in chronological order. Problem is even if the video creators agree with you 100%, it’s been proven that these kinds of actions create results. Having a little highlight reel before the whole clip, asking viewers to like or subscribe, click bait titles/thumbnails, or even as far as rage bait where you post something intentionally inaccurately, etc. All of this stuff just works. It creates a situation where you either get with the meta or get left behind because if you’re not already majorly popular, you are relying on the platforms algorithm to deliver your content to people.

It sucks tbh. I’m an amateur myself, I tried ignoring all of these trends and nothing I posted took off. I posted a gameplay clip where the Mascot i’m a fighting irish on saturdays and a colt on sundays shirt Apart from…,I will love this title was deliberately incorrect and I ended up immediately getting multiple comments correcting the inaccuracy, and that alone resulted in that clip getting 20x the views, 100x likes, and multiple organic comments from people that didn’t even catch the engagement bait. Oh I’m not saying they’re reasonable or justified or anything like that. I’m just explaining that this is what they prefer. Most probably doen’t watch the whole video, just the summary at the beginning, and then move on to the next shitty dance video. Assuming they would bother finding the end of the video to skip the process is just false hope. I don’t even think you CAN do that on Tiktok anyway. The point is to get to the “money shot” early in the video. They play the most important stuff at the beginning and then you can watch the whole thing if you want. It’s like a video TLDR
