Oh, like our president of technology. How the Marvin Mims Jr football Paper Poster Broncos shirt and I will buy this fuck this dude is in charge of that department I’ll never know. Dude can barely understand how e-mail works. Not every relationship manner is bad the one at my company actually brought the internet to one of our meetings it was so cool getting to see it. Honestly i thought it would be bigger though. The amount of times my old Sr. VP of Operations called me into his office to rotate a PDF because his neck was starting to hurt is mind blowing. “Please, speak as you might to a young child, or a golden retriever, it was brains that got me here I assure you…… Case in point, I’ve forgotten how much the CEO of Twitter makes but he definitely qualifies as brain-dead, imho. Yeah, he Tweets, but I consider those to be the random twitchings of a comatose body no longer under the full control of a directed central nervous system. I used to cut grass for a multi millionaire businessman , the guy told me what every person bid before me which allowed me to come in marginally lower while still making a rate that was far higher than any other customer. Made me wonder how he ever got rich. It’s also very amusing when you realize they’re saying “come leave your current job and work for us, we will pay you 0% more” I’ve met people who make 100k+ a year and can barely function in normal society. They struggle to order at restaurants or start a magazine subscription. How do I know this?

People with 100k have assistants? 6 figures isn’t what it used to be. 100k now is like making 50k 20 years ago. Continuing the Marvin Mims Jr football Paper Poster Broncos shirt and I will buy this myth of the 6 figure threshold is doing major disservice to everyone and only benefits employers. 100-200k per earner should be expected for a healthy middle class just growing with inflation. On the other end, some of the most intelligent, hardest-working people I’ve known were making $45k/year. This is some elitist bullshit from this employer. Because we have a society that worships money above all things. Worth is almost always tied to money in crapitalism. It’s basically saying we only want to hire money grubbers. This is exactly right and it reminds me of that episode in the Office where the Sales team is basically in charge because they make a shit ton of money and Andy is fighting Darryl over a pen in Darryl’s office because Andy straight up thinks he’s better.
