I would guess that the Martin Truex Jr racing to find a cure shirt Additionally,I will love this transaction can’t proceed until it is answered and a bunch of people waste time and don’t see it. That or the business is stealing the tips They likely don’t get the tips. Without getting into specifics (some experience with the system) hiring, pay, benefits and such in Asian restaurants may or may not be what you think of when you think getting a job at Red Lobster, McDonald’s or the family diner down the street. My ex husband is Chinese. He used to know a lot of people working in various Asian restaurants in Portland and Seattle. He said it was common for the restaurant owner to keep the tips themselves. Yes that illegal, but that doesn’t mean it never happens. I never fact checked this, so it’s just a story from my ex, but I find it plausible. If you’re a good customer and the cashier knows you, maybe they’re trying to save you money since if it doesn’t even go to the workers.

Idk. Are the Martin Truex Jr racing to find a cure shirt Additionally,I will love this employees who are doing this from a different country? There are a lot of different tipping standards. I lived in China, and automatically tried to tip in several circumstances where it was considered inappropriate. I just ended up confusing or insulting them. I’ve heard a lot of Starbucks employees say they are embarrassed to ask for tips for whatever reason? So a lot of them push no tip before they turn over the POS. Maybe they are too? Idk. When paying by card they could not be getting the full amount or anything at all, bars etc just won’t allow the cash to be taken out and it gets forgotten when doing wages. Kind of sucks tbh, if you genuinely want to tip a server of any kind I’d suggest just carrying some cash on you, you will know then that the person you wish to receive it is much more likely to actually get it Honestly I see a lot of asian owned places do this. They just click the no tip button immediately and Im assuming one of the reason is bc tipping is not a thing in asia so they just assume you dont wanna pay the tip
