So they are completely normal. don’t listen to anyone telling you to use something to try to get them to go away, bc that will just cause damage to your skin bc They will always be there, but there’s nothing wrong with them Seconding this! A few years on I have just learned to ignore them and not look at that area so closely in the mirror – that’s honestly my advice. I forgot what it’s called but I used to have this and it improved a lot with chemical exfoliants- products with active ingredients like salicylic acid, lactic acid or glycolic acid. Salicylic acid helped me the most. It took awhile to improve though. Don’t try popping them I have this and my dad has it. I think it’s genetic. No one cares or can see them besides us when we squint into the magnifying mirror. Tip: do not squint into the magnifying mirror.

Maybe you have a bit of a dark circle making your natural pores pop a bit more but I think it’s 100% natural and nothing to worry about. Just skin! This is normal skin. People online and in the media use filters that smooth out every inch of skin, but it’s completely normal. Talk to your dermatologist about them. The derm can remove them safely. If you’re unhappy with your texture overall, ask about AHAs or Azelaic acid. I have them too. I got rid of them once for like a week or two with Paula’s choice liquid exfoliant and then they came back OMG ME TOO!! I actually wasn’t trying to treat them though. I was using PC on my nearby Milia and the Milia stayed but these went away for a bit(: (theyre back tho) “When used on the face, salicylic acid can be a handy anti-inflammatory agent.
