It makes my mouth water, honestly, to have a fresh pot of crabs to steam up. They’re dead relatively quickly. There are far less humane practices in other food industries. surprised it’s shown on tiktok so often with the Manalisa Picture Shirt in addition I really love this bullshit things they ban other people for. but also there’s zero consistency with that app regardless Yea there’s no reason for it, they can kill it quickly right before and it’ll be as fresh. Another one of those barbaric things that have taken a bit too long to become socially discouraged It is extremely cruel as they feel intense pain. Most professionals sever the nerve behind their head to kill them instantly before cooking. Not really. If it did, then I would have to come to terms with the way the meat industry treats all the animals I eat and I would have to admit that I contribute directly to animal cruelty every time I buy ground pork at the supermarket. I have a lot of respect for vegans and I wish I could live like that but I can’t; meat is too good. And also our whole society is practically built around violence, whether towards animals or towards other people. What am I supposed to do as an individual? This probably all sounds quite stupid but I really do feel bad about eating meat. I just can’t really stop. I have tried but meat alternatives make me feel sick. Y’all are so subjective in what you find gross or inhumane. You know lobsters are closely related to cockroaches and many other insects. Lobsters, shrimp, crabs, they’re all basically sea insects

Manalisa Picture Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

No animal should be cooked alive. Killed before eating is a time honored tradition. Anything that is going to be cooked should be kiled beforehand. Everything has to kill something to eat and survive, even plants to an extent(venus flytraps). It’s a natural part of life. We can’t eat raw foods anymore. Most people/chefs will kill the Manalisa Picture Shirt in addition I really love this lobster with a knife to the brains(yes they have multiple), however this dilutes the flavor of the meat due to water getting into that puncture. This also produces risks of toxic bacteria entering that puncture which is why it’s done immediately before putting it in the boil. The lobsters don’t feel pain the same way we do, and they’re dead from the heat in a matter of seconds, just like with the knife. That hissing is not screaming, it’s their internal moisture escaping their shells.
