Photography in a post office is permitted legally – certainly since the Mamonoworld Hamtaro Goataro shirt besides I will buy this communications act 2003 – but may not be be permitted by the particular post office for security reasons (robbery particularly). Historically issues with terrorism (letter bombs) may have meant some post office counters were “Prohibited Places” under the OSA. Many former government agencies would no longer be on the list, but Prohibited Places rules under section 1 of OSA 1911 still apply. They have recently been augmented by the 2023 National Security Act. Also make sure this isn’t a scam!! As in “we will release the money upon confirmation that you have sent the item” – you’ll never see the money. There is no law to prevent it. A private business could claim it is a breach of data protection. However, as it was a photo of your receipt and your parcel and didn’t identify the location or any person, then I’d say it is fine.

Mamonoworld Hamtaro Goataro shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I have done exactly the Mamonoworld Hamtaro Goataro shirt besides I will buy this same and never been questioned. I suspect you got a jobs worth or one of these morons that believes you can’t take photos of kids in a public place. Unless you have multiple restraining orders against you and you need to prove where you were at a certain time. I would imagine. I honestly can’t see that being admissible in court. Images can be spoofed with GPS coordinates, investigators might just triangulate your phones location first based on connection history before even considering a geotagged image as proof. Definately allowed to take photos of parcels in my local PO, i do it all the time, staff have never said anything to me. I’ve heard they get the biggest Postie in the area to come and carry you off, then you get locked inside a human-sized postbox for 24 hours. If you’re just taking a picture of your parcel and your label then I can see how it would be a problem. Just explain what you’re doing if they query it, as I do understand why they might be wary. It’s because the big post offices are essentially banks nowadays so any photos that show behind the counter could contain the security equipment which Crims could use for nefarious means. Can’t see why not some bloke was taking pics of woman’s arse in the supermarket and the police couldn’t do nothing cause he was in a public place
