I use to think about it all the Malcolm X Vintage 90’s Superhero shirt it is in the first place but time when I was little, I use to lay awake thinking and obsessing about it. i don’t now and it’s because I found my own beliefs on what will happen in my afterlife. I reconnected with my culture and now I don’t obsess about what will happen when I die. Personally I don’t fear it currently but I also have pretty consistent low level depression so I’m not super committed to this whole life thing I fear the act of dying – it is probably painful and scary or, I suppose, just surprising. I am super duper for physician assisted suicide and if I’m terminal, in pain, without much time, I will certainly seek it. As for not existing that took me a while to get over. I used to think I would need to have kids – perpetuate my lineage as some sort of legacy! But I realized you can have a legacy outside of your bloodline by your actions to other people (and the rest of nature).

It really depends on what worries you about death. There’s a few aspects that can be concerning and depending on the Malcolm X Vintage 90’s Superhero shirt it is in the first place but concern there’s different answers. If you’re worried very specifically about the care of your kids… The alternative is your kids die first and that’s historically a bigger fear than death. Prepare them best you can. Maintain family bonds with potentially good adopted parent options. Talking about it would likely help. If you don’t have much of a family and this is your concern I’m not sure I have an answer for you. I don’t have kids so I don’t think much of it. Whatever your worries, more will come and fade regarding death. Living itself is a guarantee of death, and our consciousness of it tends to appreciate the time in life. Viewing death as this shared experience of all can subdue the restlessness over the eventuality. People fear the unknown and anything they don’t immediately understand. Death is the final mystery and those who say they know what comes after are fooling themselves with baseless assumptions. Accepting death is the first step to getting over the fear of it. Knowing we are all going to face it eventually, yet not dwelling on it. If you waste your life thinking about it you will miss out on everything your one life has to offer. Live for yourself and those you cherish. Know our time is limited and spend it how you like.
