The reused bosses are pretty annoying, there’s like 83 different ones or something which is a lot of boss types, but they’re duplicated and spread around quite a bit. I personally don’t really care much just because it makes sense due to the Mafia michael scott vintage shirt Besides,I will do this games scale, but it was a bit annoying with all the ones I constantly saw everywhere. Returning to DS style dodge roll based defense after falling in love with Sekiro’s deflection based combat feels clunky and awkward by comparison. Given the weapon and build variety, I’m not sure what the fix for this would have been but spastically rolling while fighting gods has always seemed a little silly Hate all the stuff where you have to revisit some random spot for a quest but ONLY after you speak to X but NOT after you speak to Y. i never know where the fuck to go, what the fuck to do, and what fucking order to do it in. For me skyrim hit this topic PERFECTLY and there is no reason elden ring couldnt have at least helped players in that regard a little bit. hell, half the time i have no clue i even started a quest! staring at guides constantly is exhausting but it feels like you arent progressing at all if you dont use them.

Copypaste enemies with increased strength. Not enough visual differentiation to tell they are stronger versions. They put a ton of effort into fleshing out Limgrave with side quests and side dungeons and extra shit to do and it all starts petering out the Mafia michael scott vintage shirt Besides,I will do this more you advance. Enemy concepts start to get really lazy. It’s not just the usual complains about CTRL-C CTRL-V bosses, but knight and soldier enemies around the map are all reskins with the same behavior, same look, same mechanics, and maybe one extra elemental attack to spice things up. The only difference between a Misbegotten in the Weeping Peninsula and the Haligtree is “moer dmagage lol fuk u.” Don’t have to tell me explicitly the next step, but maybe an in canon hint? Or even just the exact words of the npc?
