When you realize nothing is real and everything is manifested vibration and that 3D existence is the Made In Lahaina a long long time ago shirt and I will buy this beginning as in the lowest form of energy; topped with the understanding that nothingness cannot exist except as the ethers of creation which each “life” holds part of the spark that gives creative ability. One knows that “Death” is no different than waking up in the morning. It will happen, it has happened to you many times already. You’re not your body or name you’re the energy in you. Imagine you have a dream with millions of ppl in a city but at the same time you are all those people cus they’re in your dream, you mentally created(manifested) them but simultaneously you’re the creator whilst sleeping. That’s a high level or what existence is and also how you and “God”() are the same thing. Not that you’re part of some man in the sky’s energy but that you (just like the dream metaphor) are all one just mentally divided through perspective.

You’re not a human experiencing the Made In Lahaina a long long time ago shirt and I will buy this universe, you’re the universe experiencing life through human Perspective. -Me I’m a hospice volunteer. I never really had a fear of death, but hanging out with dying people definitely helps you decide how I would like to pass and made me more content with my choices. Of course I could die in an accident or something but I have a decent amount of control over my choices that could contribute to that. And maybe I won’t but likely then my death would be quick and that’s fine with me too. I have chronic pain and other health issues so I guess most of us with this issue get over our discomfort with death sooner than others. I can’t say I would recommend having a chronic illness though! Only thing that somewhat worked for me was something called radical acceptance. Basically you have to teach yourself that there is nothing you can do to prevent it so it’s not worth spending time worrying about. It’s easier said than done and tbh it didn’t help me %100. I’m still pretty scared but I just don’t worry about it as often.
