Since elementary school, I never wanted kids of my own. I spend my time working, hanging out with friends, having hobbies, and traveling. I love my quite home with my hubby. I don’t need a kid to make me feel like I belong. So no kids. Not now, not ever. How will we spend our time? I guess same as now: improving our circumstances, working in ourselves and our relationship, and enjoying every little thing, cause apparently life’s too short. Well… It’s too much responsibility for me. I have to grow a functional member of society, I have to manage their mental and physical health, their education, their everything. It takes too much free time, I will be pretty much bound to the child, especially at their young years. I will have to plan everything around the fact that I have a child. I will have to help them with their homework, cook for them, find clothes for them, find toys for them and etc which takes hours. I can’t imagine coming tired from work and then having to deal with the child. I’m too easily annoyed by child behaviour and noises, they are just… too loud and high pitched, I would probably get very upset if the child broke something, even by accident. Having a child is expensive, as I said I will have to buy toys, clothes, food for the child, and it will cost even more with health issues. My mom spent a ton of money just fixing my teeth, what if my child will have something worse than just need of braces? Most likely the child will want a phone, then a computer or a console, then games for said things, all of which have a not-so-small price. Pregnancy can cause health issues and is itself unpleasant as far as I know. Adopting a child can also be troublesome due to various reasons.

It sounds stressful, overwhelming, endless, crippling, draining, depressing, overstimulating and anxiety-inducing. And sticky, very very sticky. I don’t like babies or kids. I don’t want to ruin my body being pregnant. I don’t want to not sleep for years. I don’t want to spend all my spare money on kid stuff. I don’t want to spend all my spare time doing stuff kids enjoy. I don’t want to go on child friendly holidays. Pets are better. I can barely afford to live on my own, and it doesn’t look the Made In 1979 45 Years Of Being Awesome 45th Birthday T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this the economy is getting any better for me. I also don’t have the patience or sympathy to raise a child. Kids are expensive. The world sucks and I wouldn’t want to raise kids in it. We are already overpopulated and killing the planet. Dogs are better than kids. You can do everything right and end up with a kid who dies of cancer or is a sociopath and kills people; no thanks.
