In the Love of my life Luke Evans great actor 2023 shirt In addition,I will do this heyday of American striking we would literally blow shit up with dynamite and you’re getting mad because a couple people left some concrete to dry in the trucks? You entirely missed the point of striking. I was a teamster and consider myself a left leaning independent but if the point is that you can’t walk out at noon when all sorts of crap is going to go to waste because of the strike then I tend to agree with that. Just finish the day and say we aren’t showing up tomorrow when the strike begins. Please explain to me what it is going to be used for. They were mixing the cement and people walked off. That’s just a dick move. I side with the SCOTUS on this one, you can protest and strike without destroying other people’s property. Peaceful protesting is a right, rioting is not.

Mainstream media writes about Supreme Court slashing labor rights, misses entire point of conservative Supreme Court I guess… Malicious compliance would be the Love of my life Luke Evans great actor 2023 shirt In addition,I will do this only way going forward. It looks like we all would get very apologetically incompetent at our jobs all the sudden. People aren’t just going to roll over for them, and now that people who were peaceful will be punished as though they were violent, people will just skip straight to being violent. I’m 100% for unions and striking, but waiting to strike until you have cement in the mixing truck is a little different. Truth is the decision is not a major change in precedent. Unions are not allowed to intentionally monkeywrench or sabotage capital during a strike. In this case the Union intentionally loaded up trucks with wet concrete knowing that they would be on strike before the trucks needed to be unloaded. That created a situation where the concrete inside the trucks could harden, which would be difficult to repair. What I think is interesting about this case is that the Union workers actually stuck around to unload the trucks when they got back, preventing any damage. I don’t know why this case wasn’t considered moot or why the Union didn’t challenge the owners standing to sue. (Maybe they did in the lower courts idk).
