Not a dad but already loud. I have allergies and it seems like being aggressive helps blast the Love of my life Celine Dion signature shirt but in fact I love this pollen and shit out. I remember visiting my Grandads house when I was little and he sneezed somewhere in the house and I literally froze in terror. I’d never heard a noise like that before. Because i was sick everyday while your diseased ass was in public school, my sinuses expanded. mind your business. I used to hold my sneezes but then I saw someone rupture their throat from doing that so I started sneezing normally. And very loudly. I’m in a rush a lot of the times and I just want to get the fucking sneeze out to be done with it. I usually over do it and it becomes rediculous. The change occurred when I got old enough that holding in a sneeze caused my back to seize up. That hurts, and hurts for days. I’m not putting myself through that just because you might be slightly startled. 32. I can still hold in a sneeze like a ninja, but my fart holding skills at the same time aren’t as strong as they used to be. If I make it loud, no one can hear my farts! The loudness is literally just a cultural thing. Nothing about a sneeze requires your voice to do work, but ppl inflate volume into their sneezes bc the ppls around them do. Because culture.

You try to get all the Love of my life Celine Dion signature shirt but in fact I love this irritants out in one go rather than a succession of sneezes. The louder and forceful it is, the more likely it’s gone in the first go. Early 30s, not a dad. My sneezes have started to get louder the last few years and I’ve been very conscious of it as my dad’s loud sneezing drove me nuts. I’ve got a sore back and keeping the sneezes quiet means holding in a lot more force, which jolts my lower back if I’m driving a truck or doing something that isn’t lying comfortably Making a sound is an affectation, a socially learned behaviour. Just a bit of unnecessary noise to say “Look at me! I’m sneezing!” You might not be able to stifle the sneeze, but you can direct how much of it goes through your nose and how much through your mouth. And neither option requires the vocal cords. It’s just like whispering vs. speaking. If you yell when you sneeze, you’re being a drama queen. Turn ’em off. 21 pre-fatherhood. No I can’t explain, but one day I sneezed so loud, this little kid in Wal-Mart checked himself for bullet holes. I’ve always been a loud sneezer. It actually puts less pressure on the sinuses if you let some on the pressure come out of your mouth. It makes the sneeze seem a lot bigger/louder.
