Gotta admit kind of disappointed the USAO will no longer have 3 capitals, Love Montrose Colorado Local Flag CO shirt was such a neat idea. Still, totally understandable decision as to why you went with just the usual one. Looking forward to seeing who this new multi-capitol player is, and what else lies in store in this timeline. But the idea is that by having the capital in each of the three main regions (North America, South America, Central America/Caribbean), Love Montrose Colorado Local Flag CO shirt would result in equal representation. It was sort of an idea that was popular at the time in this timeline. In any case, Liberty City is effectively the main capital, since it hosts not just the presidency, but most of the embassies and government departments.
