Clickbait headline but it’s still simplistic bullshit. Yeah, Ginsburg could have (and should have) retired earlier. But, there are a lot of points along the Lord Of The Cats The Furrllowship Of the Ring Shirt in addition I really love this path to Roe being overturned. Ginsburg not retiring at the right time is just one of many things that went wrong to get us where we are today. The fact is, any of the Democratic majority congresses could have established abortion rights by passing laws to do so, but they didn’t because they didn’t think it was politically expedient. Democratic voters could have actually fought as hard to ensure those rights as Republicans fought to remove them. Ah so now it’s her fault. Jesus, I wish people would stop trying to shame others into believing that shitty circumstances which have been created by a corrupted system are somehow able to be blamed on a very small group or one person.
