Like, if they’re intentionally destroying equipment, sure, that’s fair. But if they’re just walking out and refusing to work until their demands are met? That is entirely unreasonable. That’s what happened. They started their day working, mixing concrete. Word came down “strike is on” and they walked out, leaving curing concrete they were mixing. Trucks with concrete in the Logan Webb Legend T-Shirt but in fact I love this mixer were driven back to the site and left, concrete to potentially harden in the drum. The Labour laws put in during the New Deal require a “reasonable attempt” to ensure strike actions will not damage company property before taking strike action. Things like not leaving ovens on with stuff coming in them or the like. Yeah, they should have dumped the concrete before leaving. It still would have been a pain in the ass to fix later, but less than trying to fix the trucks. And since once the strike is over, they’re gonna need to be able to use those trucks, it’s just making things more difficult than it needs to be in the future.

Republicans use culture war issues to get and remain in power. While in power, their real agenda is to pass legislation that weakens the Logan Webb Legend T-Shirt but in fact I love this working class. This supremely fraudulent court’s decision guts the power of unions. Meanwhile, they have you foaming at the mouth over CRT. Which you couldn’t define if they paid you. Striking means workers want to work for you, they’re just asking for things to improve. If they see strikes as criminal offense, they will be surprised when employees just all quit one day and move on to the next better company. Time for one of my favorite quotes: “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.” (Dr Martin Luther King Jr.) Dw corpos are already planning on replacing meat slaves with ethically sourced illegal migrants or state jail labour programmes (depending on the state)
