Live in Las Vegas. It might be anecdotal, but on my last Saturday morning walk, there was not an intersection that didn’t have 2 or 3 Open House signs pointing in all directions. I think there may be a commercial real estate crash, due to short term loans coming due in the next few years into a higher interest rate environment.
