I had no idea those trailer parks were regulated stuff like that. And apparently from the Life Is Better With Blue Jays shirt and I love this comments it’s pretty common? This is fucked up. Trailer parks are peak HOA. Like the end boss for HOA RPGs except they have unlimited health and invincibility. Nah contact a land attorney they will know 100 x better than anyone and get a real estate agent in the county they know law like that too and can definitely help I can say this is a normal think for trailer parks, they’re the only think the majority of people in my area can afford and it’s only because of state assistance, right now we live in a shitty trailer with neighbors who have literally barged in our trailer while high on something saying they had a vision that we are in danger, and from inside the trailer you can see grass outside, the AC always breaks in the summer and they haven’t come to fix it complaint after complaint, the water heater breaks every few months and they replace it with a somehow worse one, and with all of that shit, it costs over $800 a month for this absolute garbage

All trailer parks I have lived in have been super predatory, it’s no surprise to me Rich couple on Seattle bought a park in Vancouver Washington and quadrupled the Life Is Better With Blue Jays shirt and I love this lot rents in under 7 years… basically it’s if your not wealthy, your trash and theyll treat you as such..dont like it? Tough..what are you going to do about it? Stop crying about it and stop taking the Lords name in vain maybe pray about it and you will find a way out of there better than you could ever imagine But seriously, that’s coercion in my book and the company should revisit this by DISCUSSING with the residents proposed plans. A lot of these places, though poor vote Republican and ended up with rules helping trailer park owners. Fuck, Billings Montana…. My family BUILT this trailer park in 1965! It was sold 15-20 years ago… Very sad to hear the new management company is trying to force the residents out. I work right next to the court and see these water guys going in and out all the time. It is literally next to the dump. And yes when the wind blows north trash does end up in people’s yards down there. Anyone have a tldr of the video, no disrespect to the guy but I don’t have the attention span for the video Again, my username living up to its decree. Billings is very hit and miss. You either are in the yuppy part of town, or you’re in the meth part of town. There’s really no in between anymore.
