I’m 25 and still with my parents. A few months ago my sister moved out and she’s 27 (complicated story there). One of my coworkers still lives with her dad at 27. I see people I went to school with in my neighborhood still with their parents all around the Let’s Rock Guitar Player Guitarist Music Lover Retro T-Shirt and I will buy this same age as me. My parents were boomers and kicked me out as soon as I graduated high school. Their home was not a happy place so I was all too Happy to go. It would be nice to be more financially ahead, but didn’t work like that for me. Some of those parents never wanted their child to begin with so they were looking forward to this day that they can legally not support them I was kicked out at 17. My mom then reported me as a runaway, the police came to the house I rented and made me go “home.” She kicked me out again. She would occasionally call the cops on me until I turned 18 but nothing ever came of it.

I’ve been homeless multiple times before I was 20, and after, due to the Let’s Rock Guitar Player Guitarist Music Lover Retro T-Shirt and I will buy this fact that I have NEVER had a stable base to start with. Never had time for college because I was just trying to survive. I have housed 7 of my friends and their siblings due to parents kicking them out. I’ve known 13-14 year olds living on their own. I was kicked out the month I graduated high school. I’m 29 now, and if I myself ever have any kids, I will not do the same. Americans have kids they don’t want out of some fucked up sense of obligation and nationalism. The nuclear family is pounded into our heads from day one but the truth is the average American neither truly wants nor is equipped for a child. I witnessed a man saying he can’t wait until his son is 18 so he can kick him out of the house just the other day and all I could think is , “then why the fuck did you have a kid if you were just going to hate it”.
