It’s the Let me check my giveshitometer nope nothing funny shirt But I will love this noise bothers her, then you could get a silent one. But if it’s blowing on her, is it possible to change the direction Would she prefer the sheets soaked with sweat, you crabby and grumpy, and who knows what else from lack of sleep, or would she just prefer to deal with the fan. Sleeping cold can be just as bad as sleeping hot. And losing sleep out of that kind of discomfort sucks for everyone. This isn’t a situation where you can just point fingers at each other and come to any kind of a solution that will make you happy with each other. And telling her to sleep in the other room kind of defeats the purpose of living together. If you plan on having any kind of a happy future together, you’re going to have to figure out some kind of compromise that allows you both to sleep. Can you get an extension cord and reposition the fan (or possibly a different fan) somewhere else so it points at your side of the bed and not hers? Maybe get her some extra cozy and heavy blankets to keep her warm? You both have valid needs.

Since no one will actually address the Let me check my giveshitometer nope nothing funny shirt But I will love this question: I’d say maybe invest in a smaller fan that you can clip to a specific part of the bed/on the headboard? If it’s the noise that bothers her, then get a noise canceling headband or something for her. If she continues to whine about it, ummm…make her figure it out She knew what she was getting into. She’s already trying to change a harmless habit you’ve had since you were a teen and it could only get worse. Are you famous? I think any other person In bed with you would bother your girlfriend, even if it is just a fan. Boyfriend and I compromised on the same issue by turning the fan from his preferred “high” to low or medium depending on the weather. Is that a possibility?
