TL;DR: Shangela allegedly intentionally got an employee drunk, got him to their hotel room under false pretenses, and r*ped him. The production company claims they investigated it and didn’t find enough evidence. The assistant didn’t report it right away so there was no r*pe kit done, so no DNA evidence. Unless Shangela secretly filmed what happened in the hotel room that night, the only evidence that can support his story is security footage in the bar and hotel lobby/elevator/halls (where nothing criminal allegedly happened), and maybe receipts for drinks, which also don’t prove anything beyond that Shangela bought drinks that night. i already replied to someone on this thread but i think it deserves it’s own comment so more people see it but i’m going to need to need everyone who doesn’t believe shangela to read this (trigger warning for SA)

yes it’s innocent until proven guilty but it’s so hard to prove guilt in cases like this but shangela has a pattern of this behaviour saw she was posting about shangela on fb and I didn’t realize I still followed her until that. she’s been pretty nasty for a few years imo but this is enough for me to move on from her completely.
