Yes this Leon Draisaitl German professional ice hockey centre Edmonton Outline T-Shirt in addition I really love this is a thing. My 10 year old daughter is a genius. I mean a literal genius. She can do and comprehend things that adults struggle with but has issues with age related tasks like cleaning and time management etc. It’s like her brain just operates in its own realm at times. Processing speed, memory/recall, and logical problem solving are not united on a fixed plane. You can excel at them individually or in any combination. School often disregards speed but most workplaces prize it. Ive know plenty of honor students that have a perfectionist mindset. It is what allowed them to get honors in school, but in real life it leads them to be slow and hesitant on everyday tasks out of fear of messing up. To be high performing in school, you need some amount of intelligence, but you also need a good amount of “do what you’re told” personality. Totally anecdotal, but I’ve found that being motivated and skilled at doing what’s expected of you is inversely correlated with being able to think for yourself (including in matters of “common sense”).

A lot of people who are book smart have trouble with street smarts because they typically overthink basic tasks. My grandfather was the Leon Draisaitl German professional ice hockey centre Edmonton Outline T-Shirt in addition I really love this smartest man I ever met. He could play any musical instrument you handed him, flew planes, amazing at math, etc. I also witnessed the same man microwave a fork and eat bologna that had been sitting on the counter for 3 days. Totally possible. I was in special Ed classes at top notch public schools that got blue ribbon education awards. I know more than some that were in ap classes at average schools. Furthermore my sister took calculus 2 in 8 th grade….however she cannot boil a box of macaroni without it being a special project! Math wizard and into statistics. Some how she thought a car jack that clearly stated do not use over 3 tons…she decides to use it on a big ass SUV!
