I’ve been told many times that we don’t need new gun laws. Good thing this new law took play so he can be charged 488 more repliesNow this is common sense gun law. People who don’t lock up their guns are the Legends Never Die Bill Walton 1952-2024 Thank You For The Memories Signature shirt in contrast I will get this epitome of bad gun owners. I know this happens practically every week if not more, but it’s crushing every time. And when I hear friends/family justifying their own gun ownership as “Responsible”…. Every gun owner considers themselves responsible. Even after something like this. The dude’s plea “not guilty” People are acting like the “Michigan gun storage law” came in real handy in this case. I’m not against the law myself but he had already broken a law by being in possession of a firearm. He knew he wasn’t supposed to have a gun, he willfully broke that law. So until we start locking these dip shits up they will continue to do dip shit things.

And maybe, just maybe, this tragedy would have been avoided had his initial incarceration for the Legends Never Die Bill Walton 1952-2024 Thank You For The Memories Signature shirt in contrast I will get this felony been a little more stringent. And after trying to find out what he was previously convicted of it looks like he has already been charged once with being a felon in possession of a firearm. There are criminal dip shits in every country. If he were in a country like Japan he wouldn’t have been able to find a gun. We need to reduce the amount of guns in this country. In Japan, what is the punishment for owning a firearm illegally? When you get caught in Japan for owning a firearm illegally are you punished or set free to buy or steal another? Pleading not guilty is the standard in your first appearance. Gives time for a lawyer/public defender to try and work on a plea deal and/or get some charges dropped. Knowing how the American criminal justice system works, without a plea bargain in place you would have to be stupid to plead “guilty.” But guys — I’m told that guns don’t kill people, people kill people. Has anyone investigated the 2-year-old’s possible motives? I’d really love to hear the 2A response to this gun law, with any kind of logic that doesn’t involve slippery slope. I’ve always wondered why there wasn’t something like this already in place.

Don't Be Afraid To Show Your True Color Lips LGBT Shirt Hoodie I am a staunch 2A supporter to the Legends Never Die Bill Walton 1952-2024 Thank You For The Memories Signature shirt in contrast I will get this point where I think the NFA needs to be rolled back, and I also agree with laws like this. Hold stupid people accountable. Prevent children from shooting themselves and each other. I want MORE gun laws like this, and fewer gun laws that are particular about the characteristics of a gun that one might own. Endless jabbering about gun owners rights, but heaven forbid you say anything about gun owners responsibilities. Right after tax season in Metro Detroit for the last five years, I’ve noticed a lot of children start “shooting themselves” or kids shooting each other… it is on the news almost every other day in the summertime. There you go US. Gun laws. You can have guns. Be able to defend yourself. But know how to store them and use them and take responsibility if something happens. Horrible story and outcome. But that law is exactly how you reduce gun violence. By providing consequences to the people owning guns. Guns are not JUST for fun. If they are just for fun, you still need to know and take safety measures.
