As per my earlier comment, that’s the LeBron James King James American professional basketball player T-Shirt besides I will buy this warrant card holder, it’s simply to make the entire thing look a little more official, but it’s entirely unnecessary if the officer doesn’t want to use it/carry it. Some carry their warrant cards on a lanyard, others in their normal wallet, others will use the police issued wallet specifically for that purpose only, and a few other options too. To summarise, the wallet, not really important, the little plastic card inside it, absolutely must be defended. With regard to braille, that would be about the only exception to the rule of no touchy, but blind people don’t need to take the thing out of your hand to touch it and read the bumps. If I’m honest, Billy the blind man isn’t likely that big of a threat to me a threat to trying to nick something that would be highly valued in criminal circles. Billy the burglar who’s door I’m knocking on because he’s just nicked half your streets valuables isn’t getting all handy with my stuff.

There is usually a photo ID card with the LeBron James King James American professional basketball player T-Shirt besides I will buy this officers name, rank & badge/police ID number on the page opposite the badge insignia. The officer might have removed it from the leather case and have it displayed on a lanyard instead, as it also acts as key card to enter/exit police buildings. There will be a plastic card within the leather holder with photographic ID and warrant number. Guessing OP hasn’t shown that for privacy reasons! Just my two cents but if they’d got into your GFS flat whilst she was on her own, I don’t think they’d ‘case it to return later’ they’d just take what they wanted there and then surely. You make a fair point. And to be fair, I’m a big dude but even if I was there, five guys with stab vests on are gonna kick the shit out of me and take our fancy rice cooker anyway.
