The organization I worked for administered psychological testing and it HAD to be done in the Leafy Bfb Sign shirt besides I will buy this presence of a psychologist or psychometrist (in person or virtual BY VIDEO) and they had to be observed the entire time, and ensured that no access to another person or phone was allowed. Otherwise it is not valid. Also, I’m not exactly sure how to describe this, but most tests are not allowed to just be “emailed”, they are generally protected under specific copywrite of the person(s) who wrote/created the test and each individual test must be payed for/bought by the person administering it. Seems like this person is just using and re-using a document they can attach to an email… What I find most striking here is that OP doesn’t rule out the possibility that he DID participate in dv behavior. It is common for batterers to call a history of abuse into question by pointing out things like “no police involvement” or “no convictions”—but note there’s no denial of any actual abuse to ex wife …

If this psychologist is willing to testify and put her professional reputation on the Leafy Bfb Sign shirt besides I will buy this line, it could be because she’s unethical and/or has been duped… or it could mean that she has heard honest information about your behavior and has been compelled to act out of genuine concern for the well-being of your children. It’s probably worthwhile to consider whether your time is better spent doing some reflecting on yourself and what has brought things to this point. I see from your post history that you are ex-military/ex-cop and suffer from PTSD and related mental health struggles. That sucks and lord knows our systems to support mental health, and especially complex cases that can come out of military/law enforcement, are absolutely abysmal. If I were you, I’d work with your lawyer to ensure that you are receiving appropriate legal support and representation, and would otherwise focus your efforts and resources towards working on yourself and healing.
