It’s complicated, but I can see a line here to that particular case for anyone arrested using facial recognition because of a traffic stop, especially passengers. I don’t know what the Latino Heat Lowrider Rose Shirt moreover I will buy this (exigent curcumstances) bar is for collection of biometrics, but this is probably a supreme court case waiting to happen. So, (1) state that you do not consent to the use of biometrics and (2) take a picture of the officer’s face. Great. Why would police need to snap a picture? Aren’t they already wearing body cams? If this isn’t already happening, it will. If the government can find a new way to gain more information about its people, it will. In the dark and on the sneak. They always do. This is going to lead to murders, stalkers, and rape.
