Airbnb has gotten a bit crazy with their policies and scamming hosts and cleaning fees and stuff but I’d say they’re still good for the Las Vegas Aces 2023 WNBA Finals Champions Signature Shirt but in fact I love this overall travel economy from a customer point of view. Damn, it’s stressful enough going somewhere by yourself with a couple of kids, I’ve been there before, but to not have a safe place to stay at the end of the road really must have sucked. Airbnb Customer service is absolute shit. I’m a host and do what I can to avoid your particular position. I’ve actually helped several people out of similar predicaments. Once I was helping a guest and the support staff were lying straight to my face saying they could do something when the absolutely could not. So I got mad and was like why do you say you can then say you can’t. Just be straight up. Say there’s nothing to be done here. Comp a hotel or whatever idk but like don’t just lie to a person for the sake of keeping face. I have to airbnbs planned for june, once those are over I’m bailing. This behavior is uncalled for. Back to hotels only for me.

I’d file a complaint with my state’s attorney general’s office and also with the Las Vegas Aces 2023 WNBA Finals Champions Signature Shirt but in fact I love this state attorney general’s office for Air BnB. That is ridiculous. We need to get them on the radar so they know they are under scrutiny and will know they need to up their game. random screenshots of some of the exchange. I hadn’t realized I was speaking to them from like 830-1130)receipts Ouch, we see posts like this daily here. AirBnB is not at all what it was 5+ years ago – I’m sorry you had to learn this the hard way. It’s Craigslist Hotels now, except at least if you book a place on Craigslist, you know you’re doing something shady as fuck with no guarantee. Welllll…it seems you were officially made an AIRBnB Customer Service Agent. Congratulations on gaining meaningful employment although not looking for it! Do the CSR’s at AIRBnB actually do any work or just farm it out to the customer base and then pat themselves on the back for a job well done ?!?! They discard you. You discard them. Happened to me. Sorry it happened to you in this way. Where is the accountability and responsibility? This clearly violated some policies. If you have the time and effort to do so I would potentially seek legal counsel. Consumer lawyers. They need to be held accountable for this behavior.
